Free with the service is a measurement of your metabolic rate, this is the amount of calories needed on a daily basis calculating your body size, activity levels and occupation to determine the exact calories required for you to function. Using this data we can then break it down into carbohydrate, protein and fat requirements depending of course on what your goals are. Using these figures as a base you can as an example work on weight management by reducing your caloric intake by up to 15% without slowing down your metabolic rate which is where most dieters go wrong and when their diet is over and normal eating patterns resume this is where the pounds pile on.
Advice on your diet will be given, and by keeping a food diary we can look through it thoroughly to see where improvements can be made. A more detailed approach to your food diary can be arranged looking at all the food data and what it means at an additional cost.
I do look at alternatives to the diet especially with a holistic approach in mind because as human beings we are unique so food does affect us all in different ways and at different times of the year. I do have a questionnaire which you can participate in to determine your body type and what foods are most beneficial to you and why.

My BSc(Hons) Health & Fitness degree was based largely on the link between lifestyle and disease and how the older we become, the more susceptible we become to high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, osteoporosis and heart disease. WELLBEING IN THE COMMUNITY

As part of the wellbeing in the community scheme I will be offering a wellbeing clinic through community centres in East Anglia to help identify the early signs of common diseases associated with today’s living in our modern society. This scheme is mobile so if you would prefer it in the comfort of your own home this can be facilitated. Having previously tested personnel working for the armed services and on NHS staff I offer clinical testing and advice to help lower, or even reverse associated conditions.

Included in this is an holistic approach to your wellbeing, with a choice of a Chakra balance and the choosing of four crystals that make a stone circle around the body. The Chakras are vortexes of energy that feed are whole being by allowing energy to flow through the Meridians and through the whole body feeding are physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. The stone circle is what your body is needing at this exact moment in time and is using the intuition of the physical to pick the crystals necessary for its overall wellbeing.

The wellbeing in the community offers you the choice of what you would like to be tested.

Choices include : Cholesterol, blood sugar and blood pressure testing. BMI, Lean Muscle, percentage body fat testing...to name a few.
