"I'm mad about cycling. That's all I've ever really done in terms of sport. A few years ago I started to have back trouble and it was suggested to me by a friend that I strengthen up my core and work on strengthening a few muscles that I don't use whilst on the bike.
I initially saw Anthony for a few one-on-one sessions. He then gave me a few sessions to take away and work on. They included some general strength stuff, stretching and core stability work.
As well as sorting out my back I feel stronger and fitter and his sessions have also improved my performance on the bike!"

"I've never had this treatment before so I was completely opened minded about the quick pain free healing process. Almost immediately I felt my leg become slightly warmer which was a very positive sign for me. After 10 minutes of rubbing and whispering into the crystal we left the healing there. I continued to stay seated for a further 10 minutes, and then I went for a small jog. My leg had no twitching or pain and immediately felt looser inside!! I met with Anthony again two weeks later for some all over crystal healing. I was looking for that extra positivity in my mind. The healing on my leg had worked so well I just had to have a go at an all over healing session..."

Working as a beach lifeguard in Newquay for over twenty years meant that exercise and keeping fit was paramount for the job and also led to having a very healthy lifestyle, often competing in various events including surfing and surf lifesaving competitions, biathlons, triathlons and running events (though a bit slower now!!!). This wide range of activities and over twenty years in the gym and working as a personal trainer, as well as taking activity holidays with adults with learning disabilities, I bring to you a comprehensive range of knowledge and experience, both in the physical sense and from a holistic / wellbeing point of view.
